You people are tapped i swear. Agree with harsh punishments but unless he was in the act of assaulting the officer no need to taze him apart from an ego trip from the cop. Don't know how it works but could be dangerous for a teen to be tazed aswell.

I was 6ft tall and capable of doing a lot of damage when I was 14.
