That’s a bike alright. A bike with some Campy parts. 57cm. Looks like an Alan but I don’t remember them with chunky lugs like that.

Doesn’t look like an Alan (front head tube is one piece) and neither an early Vitus (seatpost, dropouts and fork) so what is that? Not a CMP nor Altec, maybe a small Italian production?

Either Vitus or Alan. I‘d say late 80s early 90s Campy Chorus?
