as a fellow dutch person… i have been able to confirm that people will get aggressive. if they see youy are a tourist there is a slight chance they will spare you ,otherwise you will be cussed out ,if they stop ,ran over/pushed out the way or (mostly old grandmas) will go out the way and maybe say that you should look out with the best smile ever on there face
