Welcome to the video of week 7 of Biking for the Barrios. In this video we’ll be showing some snippets of our life on the road in week 7.
This week Sam cycled from Belgrade in Serbia to Sofia in Bulgaria. During this week the weather changed and the streak of only having sun was very much broken. There were so long stretches covered days of 100+ km with almost 1000m of elevation with headwind, rain and very bad roads. Roads were tricky this week as they were either really bad or really good but incredibly busy. Bulgaria is the first change of time zones so another new thing to cross off the list, but also back in the EU so the good ol sim cards works again. Only 1 more country until Turkey and the reunion with Max!!
