My old Sram x9 2×10 broke so I ordered a Sram gx 2×10. However my old was with a clam and this gx only has a direct mount threads in it. Is there any way to install this? The frame does not have any holes.

Yeah, there’s clamp-on adapters that have the slot for your brace-on dereilleur to mount the screw. You can find them online easily, they’re around 10 EUR here in Germany.
You need a new front derailleur, that has a clamp. Return the gx. You could get an adapter (called a direct mount front derailleur adapter), but it’s helluva expensive, and not worth it. It costs about as much as a derailleur, and they can be sometimes hard to find in stock, especially with all these new 1x transmissions cropping up.

I’m saying just get something that looks like your old one for 2×10 from any producer.
