Hey, hope you guys can help me with this one. Ive been having some shifting issues. I have an 11 speed that seems to get stuck in the 2 biggest cogs for some reason. It shifts fine the first 9 but from 10 and 11 it doesnt wanna shift down. When i squeeze the gear lever it doesnt do anything, doesnt move the derailleur and it feels like there is no pull/resistance at all.
Then if i manually push the derailleur down it’ll shift. I have attached a video of the noise it makes.
Things ive tried so far is to replace the shifter cable and gave the bike a good cleaning to no avail.

Pause the video right at the end, your derailleur cage is getting hung up on the big cog. Either your B-tension or chain tension are off, or both.
