The calliper is too far away.
Will be wrong disc size for whatever configuration you are using.
Check your fork & see what size disc it’s designed for. Then check your disc, then check if your calliper is using a spacer.
Either your disc is too small or you have a spacer between your calliper & fork that shouldn’t be there for that size disc.
