Some play is acceptable, I’ve ridden wheels with more play than yours. If it sounds weird or starts to skip – that is a strong reason for service/replacement, some play – doubtful.
It’s not that far gone but it’s a cheap enough part I would replace it while you’re at it
Looks normal. You’ll know when it’s done. If you start noticing skipping under load, or excessive play, it’s gone. Some play is expected.
