That’s quite nice, many Univegas were made by Miyata, a quality Japanese bike builder, so it should be a pretty well made machine.
If the frame would be too small, the seat post would be sticking out over 25 cm. out of the seat tube . That’s not the case at all . It looks to be quite good.
