My uncle passed in 2008 I'm 24 now and have been cycling for about a year now and his wife recently passed and daughters found these in the garage I ride fix gear and want to get into racing at my local velodrome but like I said I’ve only been biking for a year and don’t know much about carbon wheels

for the use the 3 spoke for aero and if it’s tubular make sure to get it maintained, get it cleaned, replace tire, and re-glue it and find some carbon disks on fb marketplace
9/10 dentists recommend vintage carbon! On a real note these are super cool. HED should be bomber cause the carbon is non-structural. Trispoke is Specialized or HED (same mold/design) and should be perfectly fine.
