Is this trek 1000 sl worth $200 if it fits?
The listing says it's a small, the pics don't show any measurements anywhere. I'm 5'3" so I'm hoping it'll be in the right range.
I’m all for cheap bikes and good deals but this is nearly 20 years old minimum. It was never a very expensive bike to begin with. I’d pay $100, $150 at most.
It would be a good bike but may need parts and servicing if it hasn’t been well maintained. That would add significant costs if so. Otherwise, it’s hard to say if the frame will fit you. Assuming it truly is a small frame or around 50cm, it definitely should fit you.
