I’d love a blast on that. Not sure where nearest velodrome is to me in North Yorkshire. I’ll have a google. I’ve been to Derby Football ground watching Middlesbrough but didn’t see the velodrome. Must be fairly new. Great video 👏👏👏

Me and Louise love the velodrome, Louise has done some accreditations, honestly just get some speed up and fecking send it, its amazing. Also we've done tasters at manchester, they're much more chilled out than Derby seem to be.
Speed is your friend. Think of it as a giant centrifuge. Good effort though. At least you gave it a go. 👍
Tried a few times and while riding it wasn't to bad even got all the way up but I wasn't having fun.

Amy should of started on a more shallow banked out door track then stepped up slowly to the monster steep indoor one's later. Baby steps first is the way to go. Just down loaded the book. Hoping you get enough back for a couple of coffee's at the next cafe stop you do . :).
