3 months after breaking both body and bike in a crash, I’ve gotten the replacement built up (formerly posted here in its first iteration).
Frame: No. 22 Reactor, 50 cm
Groupset: Shimano Dura-Ace R9250, Quarq DFour
Cockpit: Enve SES aero handlebar, 35-40 cm, Specialized S-Works stem, 120 mm x -12d
Wheelset: Enve SES 5.6 with Continental GP5000 S-TR 700×28 and Silca sealant
Misc: Silca Chisela computer mount, waxed chain, bar tape
Final weight: 7.9 kg, will probably be making minor tweaks to nudge it towards 7.3 or so as time goes and parts wear.
