  1. Yo whats up everyone! I will be going for the Baja Divide this winter with a Surly Bridge Club (27.5×2.8 tubeless, hydraulic Shimano brakes, 1×11 Shimano Deore). Not including non-bike repair items, I plan on bringing the following repair kit (pictured above):

    * Leatherman wave
    * 3 spokes (1 front, 1 drive rear, 1 non-drive rear)
    * 1 derailleur cable
    * 4 small zip ties
    * 3 heavy duty zip ties
    * 1 extra chain (11S)

    Wondering if there is anything you all would add or anything you would leave behind. Also, as a side note, my bike will have gone through about 2 chains by the time I start. I’ve been pretty diligent about replacing as soon as I get to 0.5%, and my cassette is not very worn. Still, I’m wondering if it would be worth it to start with a new cassette (definitely starting with a new chain no matter what). Thanks for your input!
