Maybe a honzo?
at a glance, most likely a Hulu: https://99spokes.com/bikes/kona/2013/hula
but there are a couple other models that have that top tube curve: https://99spokes.com/bikes/kona/2010/five-o
also some frames dont haev that curve in larger sizes but do develop a curve in smaller sizes so its hard to be sure.
