Depends on how you want to round it – it’s 85mm. You measure from the center of the steerer tube to the center of the handle bars for stem length.

It’s an 80mm stem from the looks of it. The end of your tape measure isn’t in the middle of the top cap bolt which throws off the reading, this is unless there’s some weird parallax error with the photo; in which case it’s a 90 (but I doubt it).
it’s 80 for sure. the tab on measuring tape slides a bit to account for it being on the inside or outside of what you’re measuring. it needs to either be taught or pressed up against the edge of what you’re measuring so you’re missing about a mm or two from that not being in the right spot, and you’re also off center a bit on the top cap. if you want to be sure, try measuring the other way around by hooking the lip of the tape into the slot between the stem and faceplate.
