I’m definitely not an expert at biking but I want an upgrade from my bike from Walmart. I want something where I can ride 15 miles in around an hour or so but don’t want to break the bank and found this one how is it for $200?

$200? If it is in good riding condition, this is a great bike for $200. This bike will meet your needs as well. Very cool old school road bike.
You should pull the trigger.
It’s a very old bike, but it’s pretty cool and $200 is an okay price to pay. It would be 20 years old or so therefore I would inspect it to make sure it stop runs okay.
There are 3 things I would want to know before purchasing
1) Why is the seat not connected to the bike?
2) Is there a reason why the bike is on a repair stand, ie is it on need of maintenance?
3) Does that brown Labrador come with the bike?
