My friend "update" this mountain bike to have a dropbar, but we put V brakes and now we have the issue that we don't have any barrel adjuster for the brake cables, there's other solution? Or there's are adapters for this?

Google “inline barrel adjuster.”
Those levers will not work with V-brakes without an adapter. The v-brake cable pull length to actuate the brakes is different from traditional cantilever, or road calipers.
You could use a Problem Solvers Travel Agent to install the brakes with your current levers:

I see cantilever brakes in the pic, which will work with the installed levers.
If you put on v-brakes, they must be mini v-brakes to work with those levers.
Also, if that’s the correct saddle height for the rider, then the frame is much too big with straight bars. Putting drop bars on it adds over three more inches of reach at the hoods, making reach even worse.
