Having had heart surgery, where x2 stents were fitted in August, I now have travel insurance for Europe, so decided to take the high speed Condor Ferry from Jersey to St.Malo, for literally a 5 hour day trip. Visited Dinan and St.Cast-le-guildo. Just needed to get off the “rock”

Nippy Normans had sent me a set of the new Wunderlich Ergo Profles bar risers to try. So they got tested at higher speeds than here on Jersey. Note ….

When life gives you lemons, go ride your bike! 😊
Enjoying your videos, and your experiences in sunny france. If only it was an hour and a half to france on a ferry, you are a lucky man we're you live and with being diagnosed and treated for your heart condition before it was to late. Enjoy your second chance at living life to the full and thanks for the vid.
Hi could I ask who your insurance is with I’m
Struggling to get some 🙄
Sorry to hear about your troubles. Thanks for the interesting vid, I enjoyed that.
My neighbor just had the same Paul literally 2 weeks ago . Ride that bike hombre 💪🏼💪🏼if you want to travel 1500 kilometers south we could go for a blast in the mountains 🤣😂👍
This video made me so happy, glad you're back in the biking game. Shame your time off work wasn't in the summer 🤣
Good to see you recovering well. Just after you leave the ferry in St. Malo, if you turn right at the sign “Barrage de Rance” and cross the river you can ride along the River Rance straight into the Port of Dinan. Lovely scenery, nice villages, and no dual carriage ways or traffic. The only problem is so many nice places to stop on the way! 😎
Another great entertaining video.. well apart from the mussels and chips!! Keep them coming..
Good to see you out enjoying the bike mate!
Good to hear that you're back to normal, and always nice to be able to hope on the ferry for a quick visit to France.
Well done with the recovery – Enjoy life – and ride safe 🙏
Glad to see you’re on the mend, keep the sunny side up 🏴
