This doesn’t really concern me. MTB’s are very robust.
Having a carbon repairer look at this is going to be hella expensive unless you can physically drive it to a shop.

The carbon layup in that location is so thick I little gouge is no big deal.

This doesn’t look bad, wouldn’t worry too much.
A couple things you can do to check for yourself: push on it with your thumbs, if you feel a lot of flex then it’s dead. As others have said, the chainstays are usually pretty thick, so it might not work in this specific area. The other way is to take a tool handle like a screw driver, and tap it all over the frame. Tap the damaged area and a clean area. If it sounds hollow then you’re good, if it sounds really dead and muffled then it’s questionable. A tool with a rubberized handle is better because it bounces better, and you’re less likely to chip your paint.

What would concern me more is how the friction surface looks on the rotor. Do you have any overlap on top of the pads?
