Hi all! I’m hoping to begin biking to work and am hoping to find something affordable and reliable as a first bike. I will definitely be biking up some considerable hills so I’m trying to keep that in mind. Any thoughts on this listing?

This looks like a 2011 or 2012? The drivetrain is a little old fashioned being a 3x but it’s not bargain bin parts, it’s ok value parts (Shimano Alivio), and the 3x ensures you can get into a nice low gear for those hills.
Assuming it is a good fit size-wise and functional (do a test ride and check for noises and rough shifting) this would be a decent bike to start with on a budget.
