The FX2
For paved road with some light gravel roads:
Trek FX2 has 35mm width tires on 700c wheels. Install gravel bike tires if you need more traction on gravel.
Alternatives: Specialized Sirrus, Cannondale Quick, a few models from Marin.

If you wanted to also ride some light off road trails:
Trek Dual Sport has smaller 650c wheels with wider 50mm tires for traction plus more comfort over bumps so it leans more towards a mountain bike than the others.

For mostly paved road riding:
Canyon Roadlite has narrower 30mm width tires on 700c wheels and is the closest to a road bike.
