No bar ends because you’re not worried about your bars hitting the empty cage you call a head. That seat post is so long, it doesn’t take a genius to guess what you do with it when it’s off. Metal pegs? What is it, 1997? Those tires look about as bald as a make-a-wish kid. Did you steal your seat post clamp from a Walmart complete or the local crackhead behind the 711?

Be careful that the seat post has proper insertion depth into the seat tube. If it’s right below the collar, your weight is exerting additional force in a small area because of the additional leverage given by the long seat post. Even steel frames can have their seat post clamp area sheared off the frame like a soda can!
