I wanna buy a bike, preferably light and fast that’s budget friendly for daily use in the city. (I live in Berlin, Germany; it’s a pretty flat-bike friendly city)

Amazing, incredible, can’t be passed up deal? No.
Reasonable asking price for a high-quality (though “outdated”) bicycle? Yes.
If it’s your size I imagine you’d be very happy on this. I personally would much rather ride a bike like this (old but was high-end, though not top of the line when new) than the junk you’ll get today new for the same price.
