Just picked up a vintage tourer for bikepacking whi h came with a brooks team pro saddle. Seems to be in fair shape with slight cracking at the rear and minimal dry rot on the underside.
Any tips for initial maintenance? I have Bicks 4 leather condition for my boots and I was considering applying a thin coat and then letting it be?

The cracks look largely superficial and are normal for any well used leather saddle. I would just use the leather conditioner you have and start riding it. Brooks proofhide is a huge ripoff and there’s nothing special about it.
