the crank arm came loose, when I took off the bolt to retighten it, this is what the bolt looked like (also pics of the crank arm socket) I’m not sure but I looked at the bolt online and found that harp puts locktite on that part of it
What do I do atp

I’m really hoping that the crank arm isn’t stripped since I looked online and really don’t want to replace it

Your compreasion bolt is stripped , and you don’t have a pinch bolt. Check your lbs to see if they have any spares.
Why did you take the bolt off to tighten it? The bolt is ruined. You’ll need a new one sadly. Shouldn’t be expensive
Good reason to upgrade to cranks without pinch bolts
Haha I’m sure you hear a squeak for a few months now and didn’t think much of it
You’ll probably want to retap the spindle before you insert a new compression bolt, or else the new bolt will go in cross threaded and you’ll be right back where you started.
