How did you guys do the stuff like Gator Fade?
I still have a couple of Kleins, one in that ugly Nebulous Green, and one in Flame, the paint is so gorgeous and fluorescent.
I’m guessing you were there during the Trek buyout years? What was the mood like?

Corporations are incapable of producing true works of art. As much as I have an emotional connection to Trek, owning and loving one of the frames from their first year in production, things change!

I have a Mardi Gras wall hanger.

I painted this bike in 1992, it was sent out in the world. Two years ago I decided I wanted one that I had painted. I put out the word in the mountain bike community and found this. The owner gave me a very good price and I purchased it. It still has dirt and scratches on it! It hangs on my wall with my other Klein items. It is now a family heirloom.
