Not entirely sure how this bad boy has ended up on so tight, since I use a torque limiting wrench.
I feel like I've ran out of options. A bolt extractor has nicely set in a pilot hole then the drill was unable to turn the entire bolt and the extractor had snapped inside the bolt. I will try epoxying an allen key inside, but not sure what other options I have…?

Take it to a shop?
Use a hack saw to cut the bolt thru the slot on the back of the stem. That will allow you to pull the head out easy peasy, then the clamping force is removed. After that you can use a hack saw blade to kinda snag the stub end of the bolt in the threaded hole…since there is no more tension it should easily rotate out….if not, you should be able to drill a small pilot in the back side and using and Easy-Out, get it to grab in the drilled hole. Before pulling it out and butchering the aluminum threads with the saw cut end, thread it thru the way it went it and thru the clearance hole where the socket head seats…..hope that makes sense.
