Grail CF SL after unpacking

Hello everyone,
I leased the Grail from Jobrad. After assembling the bike, I noticed that there is a scratch in the carbon frame above the rear chainstay.
I only assembled the bike and discovered the damage when attaching the protective film. Haven't even been on the road with the bike.
I am very sad about this, as I wanted to protect myself from scratches with the protective film. Now the bike is delivered like this. 🥲

I have already contacted Canyon by email and am waiting for a reply. I have not yet confirmed the takeover via Jobrad either and have also informed them that I am waiting to hear back from Canyon.

I expect a decent discount from Canyon, somehow in the context of a voucher or something similar, for example I could buy the paint stick in the store.
If Canyon doesn't go this way, then I can only return the bike – I don't want to take it apart again, but I also want a flawless bike for the full price (unfortunately the foil is already on it).

How do you see my chances? I'm sad
