Hi everyone,
Could anyone pleasr let me know what is the purpose of this 1.5 Nm screw on CP0039 handlebar?
I'm unable to tighen it from the day 1 I got this bike, but didn't have any issue with it. I've seen some comments about it, but I'm still unsure what should I do to fix it.

It prevents the fork from falling out when you remove the cockpit. Great for traveling. Your bike will still work though even if you can’t tighten it for some reason. Just make sure to preload/tighten the top cap before you tighten the cockpit/stem screws to make sure everything is snug and there’s no play.
