Keen to know people’s thoughts, I am selling both my road and mountain bike to get a gravel bike. This is a Wilier Triestina Gran Turismo, 2012. Both wheels have been upgraded, carbon seat post and seat, and new veloce rear derailleur.
I have seen a few listed online, none with the exact colour and obviously without any of the upgrades. Prices seem to have a massive range from £500 to £1950
U.K. Based
Any advice welcome.

Sell it for the price that works for you, if it is not selling at that price, lower the price.
Alternatively, sell it for 550£ and find a buyer like a young person that would really benefit from having a great first bike and will cherish the opportunity.
I suspect the value is a lot closer to 500 GBP than 2000. At 2k you are within striking distance of getting a new carbon fiber disc brake Tiagra bike. At 1.5k you would be competing with new aluminum Tiagra bikes. The disc brakes and ability to run larger tires is quite compelling over this Wilier. It is pretty but at the end of the day it is a 10 speed carbon fiber rim brake bike and post pandemic the prices for such bikes have dropped significantly.
You say you have upgraded the wheels, but the fact they don’t match is very off putting for me and I’d be thinking they would need to be changed so it would affect what I would be willing to pay
