Wondering if this kind of fraying along my Apidura top tube bag is normal? Don’t think it looks very good and seems like if it keels fraying like this it will eventually wear away at the seal. But perhaps this is expected? Have ridden for about 300km with it so far.

Seems like a similar issue to yours.
I have the same fraying on mine. I took a lighter and went around all the seems and edges. Works like a charm. The fraying stopped.
Normal for that kind of material. You could just snip the frays off as close as you can if you want.
I have exactly the same fraying since the beginning. On the other hand I have ridden more than 4000km with it and it’s still holding up
