If they are in front of you, they have the right of way. If they are stopped, and you want to go around them, it is your responsibility to figure out how to pass them safely.
Loading and unloading is a perfectly reasonable use of the curb lane.
Imagine paying three quid to rent a bike for the day then posting videos complaining that another road user was using the road. Get a grip dude. And your own bike
