  1. What do you generally eat as a breakfast, I find it hard to buy quality food like I normally do at home. I won't buy normal sized stuff for more days because that's to many weight when travelling.

  2. Twist plot, you actually dont have to pack your tent, sleeping pad and sleeping bag, just stuff them in your panier bags, discoverd that quite recently
    Enjoy your trip 🚲

  3. Mountain warehouse self inflating pad. 25$ Canadian on sale- bulletproof! As for all the other rigamarole, did a 3000 km bike trip back in the 80s through France and around Spain in December January first on a step through 5 speed I bought in Belgium. After this got stolen in Barcelona I bought the cheapest 10 speed I could find to finish the trip. Oh, and I didn't have a tent but, believe it or not, found one along the way in a building I slept in that was under construction. No sleeping pad and a crap sleeping bag. Cold as hell up in the Sierra Nevadas in January- ice on my sleeping bag when I was too lazy to set up tent. Fantastic trip and all true.
