I’m pretty aware that the wheels are not as good for the price point but I had a good deal (at least for the insane prices that road bikes have $3200). Really love the aesthetic and the color. All I wanted was a nice looking bike w di2. Any recommendations on a new wheelset and any suggested upgrades I can make!

Brother, if that is you first bike, go out and freaking appreciate it. There is nothing you need to upgrade. Your bike is better than what 99% of people ride out there. Don’t spend to much looking at bike porn thinking that is the norm

Bike is gorgeous. My reco would be to ride it 1,000 miles and get to know the bike first.
I def wouldn’t upgrade anything on the groupset. Nor would I should the pulleys.
If you like the saddle, keep it, but if not comfort is key and so that’d be an area to upgrade if you don’t love.
Wheelset as you said, prob biggest thing you could do. There are nice Chinese sets out there that have been shown to be pretty good. A lighter set will also feel noticeably snappier. I’d recommend something 45-50mm deep and 23-25mm internal width and I’d pair with 30c tubeless tires. It’ll look better, roll faster, have better grip, be more aero, less punctures, etc. I really like both Corsa N.EXT for a good tire that lasts and GP5000 STR as one that is faster and grippier but needs replacing more often. I have a set of Hunt Sub 50s I like, I’ve heard great stuff about Reserve 40/44 or 42/49. Craft Racing makes a good one. It’s a rabbit hole.
Outside of that – maybe pedals. Favero make a great dual power meter pedal I love and is rechargeable.
But again, get to know your hike first
