Ride it lots and get really familiar with it before upgrading.
The saddle is an easy upgrade. I have a Charge Spoon on my Revolt that I like, and it only cost $40. Upgrading a groupset generally isn’t worth it unless you’re replacing worn-out parts, but if you want better braking, compressionless cable housing gives you a lot of bang for your buck.
If you can swing it, maybe get a bike fit before thinking about replacing the saddle.
Not that there aren’t better saddles, but a lot of “bad saddle” issues can be fixed with a proper bike fit.
What is it with this subreddit and people taking pictures of their bike from the non drive side? Especially on posts asking about the drivetrain.
Also, you may not be, but don’t lean the frame of your bike on things, especially concrete. I mean, i guess you can do what you want, but your paint will thank me.
