Just to let people know….The law Is that a Consider a company develops a path breaking Drug, the initial patent is for 10-20 years. After that these companies changes 1 or 2 molecule of the Drug and again file for patent for next 20 years. Indian law doesn't allow the Patent for the second time after the first 10-20 years.
