I really need help with this. I’ve tried googling and fixing it myself but I don’t know what to do. I got his bike 2 days ago and as I was trying to practice with it I turned the handle and the front brakes came off, I can’t find anywhere to clip it back together.
Thank you in advance this has really been a pain.
I tried clipping it to that metal peice it didn't work, tried the rubber part it didn't work, tried pulling back the rubber part and it didn't move.
Pull that black rubber thingie forward on the wire. the part that clips to the other brake is inside.

That silver “barrel” part (noodle) sits in the holder of the left brake arm. The black rubber boot slides up to where it meets the holder. You’ll need to hold the brake shut to get it together.
Does this help? [https://www.wheelies.co.uk/maintenance-guide/how-to-adjust-v-brakes](https://www.wheelies.co.uk/maintenance-guide/how-to-adjust-v-brakes) once you’ve got the hang of it v-brakes are OK. As pictured the brake is out of the way if you have to remove the wheel to fix a puncture. Then closed they remember their adjustment. Simple

Put circled part behind arrowed part. You may have to overcome spring tension. Make sure cable is tight into brake lever as you do it

FIXED! Thank you all for being such great help. I had to pull the rubber part off because it was tightly covering it.
Thank you 🙂
