When I started to assemble my new bike I noticed that when I put the handle bar on it wasn’t flush.. I have emailed and called canyon tech support but they just sent an email saying they would try and reach out in 10 to 14 days. I’m guessing that it’s missing a spacer or something, but this is my first bike besides my bmx bike when I was a kid so any suggestions or advice is appreciated.

    Yeah, I was hoping they could just send a spacer and it would be an easy fix. Hopefully I don’t have to ship it back and wait for them to fix it or send another bike fingers crossed 🤞.
