I experienced this, after washing my bike. I corrected it manually and it’s ok now.
Few weeks ago I also had this issue, when I changed to 1st gear on uphill and one teeth in my crankset bent (Sram GX Eagle).
What is the cause of this? Does it need replacement? Or maybe it’s chain’s fault?

I don’t really see what you’re referring to. However, I’d check your B-gap. The derailleur looks pretty far away from the cassette.
With the information presented im inclined to speculate the Chain skipped a cog it’s a 1×11 chain. So just move the chain on tooth over. This means grabbing your chain light taking tension off the derrailer and setting the chain gap one tooth over on your chain chainring.
You might want to explain what you think the issue is.
is the cog narrow-wide and on the wrong section of the chain?
Looking at the video it looks like the chain is riding on top of the jockey wheel teeth, instead of meshing with them.
Is that what I’m seeing/what you are reporting?
upside down
If your chain isnt lineing up with the Top Jockey Wheel your Derailleur Hanger may be bent the scuffs on your Derailer point to that also been the case
I’m no expert but it looks upside down
