Just riding along and suddenly feel a periodic wet spray on my leg with every rotation of the tire. Got off and checked and there was a teeny hole spewing sealant, and as I watched, it slowed and stopped. Got back on with a slightly lower pressure and rode 10 more miles, no problem. Except my leg is sticky now.
