those hub pawls sound meaty. the wheel motion suggests that something is dragging pretty badly. Like the brake pads are touching.
does the wheel wiggle side to side ?
Most likely an issue with the pawls. One of them may have twisted a bit somehow? I ve seen it happen before. It LL just need to be reset and lubed and you are good. That’s my guess tho. Let us know how they fix it or what the issue was.
LBS says freewheel(?) is fucked. It’s still under warranty so i’m going to bring the bike back to where i bought it and see what happens from there. Really a shame, i didn’t even get 100km on the thing and was really starting to enjoy it.
