Need help guys, I need to purchase a new front fork for 2016 Inflite AL slx bike but Canyon is not eager to sell me one… They request evidence of damaged fork, failure, crack etc. Really weird as I am the first owner of the bike, have full invoice but they just refuse… Any ideas?
