Torque specs

Pictured is a 2022 Fuel Ex 9.8. I got it in late 2021, so it’s almost 3 years old now. I’ve gotten a couple of $200 tune ups but they don’t include removing and greasing the pictured frame bolts. I have some creaking in the frame and the Trek dude said it’s likely from one or more of these pivot points. I need to learn how to service my own bike because $200 to basically clean my bike and adjust the gears is not worth it. I asked the Trek guy about torque specs for the frame bolts and he said it will tell me on the bolt. Well I removed each of the bolts, cleaned everything up with a bit of degreaser and applied new lube.

I went to tighten them up and only one of the bolts actually has a torque spec on the bolt. That is the large one nearest the crank, I think it’s called the main pivot on the chain stay. That one says 30 nm. The other ones pictured don’t have torque specs on them. I looked online at the owners Manuel and while it says that you should ensure torque specs are correct, I couldn’t find the specs for the other bolts.

Anyway if anyone knows what those three bolts at the top of the seat stay/rear suspension triangle as well as the bottom bolt holding the suspension to the frame are supposed to be, I would be super grateful. And any lingo correction is appreciated. This is my first full suspension bike, but I’m learning and I just switched to Sanka so…have a heart.
