Probably a good idea to get it replaced because it looks to have cut through the hose enough that I would be worried about a catastrophic loss of pressure. If you can you should.
I can’t tell exactly what’s happening here, but did someone slash your tires and then try and cut your brake line? That’s psychotic
Brake lines are pretty tough, but even if the brakes still work, the brake line is compromised and I wouldn’t trust it myself
Yeah. That’s too risky not to replace them.

Don’t mess with brakes. Replace
Brakes are only going to slow you down. Ignore it.
