Can anyone identify this model

My partner’s dad claimed to have bought this about 10 years ago, hasn’t ridden it in years and doesn’t know which one it is. He’s an older gentleman and this is the best picture I could get from him unfortunately. He says he added those handles and matching brown saddle.

Good news is that he’s giving it to me when we visit him next month!
