Have you checked rear side of the fork just under the bottom headset?
If you’re sure it fell off then look closely you’ll find it. Looks big enough for handle bars? Bottle cage?
Check both sides of both crank arms? Looks a bit like a crank bolt
check the calipers
My wife had both stem bolts missing and I only found one in the bottom of the box. This was on an Endurace.
Calipers, seat post, stem/handlebar, cranks.
