I was just gifted this Trek Navigator 300 and it had this adjustable stem on it.
There's no identifying marks to look up how to make adjustments I was hoping one of you nice folks would be able to help me!

Second pic, bolt with engraved line pointing to the numbers. Careful with it since it looks close to rounding out.
