You’ll need a pick to pull of the c-clip in the recess of the knurled part that rests on the dropout after which it can be removed. Then you can unscrew the black preload adjuster for better access to the bearing cap which you’ll need a pin spanner to unscrew. IIRC the axle fasteners are different on either side so take pictures to document the order of (dis)assembly.
