Just noticed this after changing the tire. The sprocket isn't bent or anything. Could it just be a stretched chain?

I’d start by checking to make sure the cassette cog was in line with the sprocket. Then check if any of the two are bent. If the sprocket is a tad bent, then loosen the crank bolt that goes through the sprocket into the crank arm. Make sure your back wheel is straight also. Then consider if the chain is bent or broken. Grease everything.
You have a tight spot in the chain. It will not sit on the sprocket/cassette completely and cause the chain to go tight. Other than that it should be the sprocket not straight.
I had this a few week ago, I had the crank hat on the wrong place causing the sprocket to oval rather than straight up circle. Take the chain off and look at it sideways, pick a point and watch how much it’s off by. Won’t be much but enough to make a difference.
